My first initiative here is to explain what Insanity is. Once you get the feel for it the customer insanity reviews will make more sense.
Insanity is a total body conditioning program that is supposed to get you into great shape in 60 days. Insanity does not require any weights except for your body, so you do not need to buy anything else. Insanity even appeared on the Tyra Banks show where Shaun T himself demonstrated some of the challenging workouts. These workouts are made to get you in great shape.
Why is the Insanity Difference?
Insanity is different from some of the other workout programs out there because number 1, it uses all body weight exercises. Many other programs require the user to have dumbbells or resistance bands in order to perform the workouts, Insanity delivers results without costing you extra cash. Insanity workouts are also structured differently from traditionally workouts. All of the Insanity workouts use what the advertisers like to call “max interval training” (they always seem to make up new scientific terms for these workouts). Max interval training involves working out at your full capacity for longer periods of time, then taking small breaks in-between the exercises. This seems to be having some great results, because when I looked at other’s Insanity reviews, after 60 days they looked pretty amazing.
INSANITY FOR MEN
This workout is without a doubt the most intense workout I’ve ever done. To make a long story short, I’ve lost fourteen pounds in the first two weeks with this program. I’ve eaten healthier which played a big part, but I also am committed to this program. I can’t wait to see the results I will have at the end of the sixty days. I will update this review then. Keep in mind though this isn’t some easy workout. I knew I was in for a challenge when the people with perfect 10 bodies in the video were having to take rests throughout these workouts. What’s cool is Shaun T. is encouraging and it feels like he’s in the room with you. I also save time going back and forth to the gym and can do it all in the comfort and privacy of my own home. It comes with a calendar so you are sure to be on the right page everyday with this program. If I can lose 14 pounds in the first two weeks imagine what you can do. If my results continue to be this great I will write Shaun a letter and thank him. I really appreciate him putting this program together.

INSANITY FOR WOMEN
This is my first product review, and I just have to say that of the many workout products I’ve tried, this is the ONLY one that has gotten me results. I’m a mom of two, a 3 1/2 year old and a 1 year old, and have always struggled with my weight. Diets never worked, and after my daughter was born my husband and I got a gym membership where I lost about 10 pounds and then never lost any more. My husband saw this infomercial and said he wanted to try it, and even though I was skeptical I agreed. We’re now in the middle of our second round and I love it!!! After my son was born I weighed 189lbs (I’m 5’9″ and 26 years old), and after our first round of Insanity I got down to 157. The first thing I noticed was the muscle tone in my arms. No more bat wings!! You will do a lot of push ups and shoulder work, and it definitely pays of. I’m no longer embarrassed to wear tank tops! Also I saw more definition in my legs and abs even in the first couple of weeks. I didn’t follow the eating guide closely at all, and now I’m actually eating more than I used to because my metabolism is up, though I am trying to make healthier choices. Now in our second round I’m down to 152 and the results are even better!!(I’m wearing a mini skirt for the first time in my life!) We even cancelled our gym membership and never looked backed. In fact, after seeing my results, all of my friends have started doing it and are also getting amazing results! Bottom line: If you actually put in the effort, this program works. Shaun T. is a good motivator, you feel like you’re getting a good workout, and the results are awesome. I went from a size 10-12 to a size 3-4, something I never thought possible. Definitely try it!!

Closing Thoughts
Insanity is an extremely difficult program, but it delivers incredible results. Insanity will be challenging, but if you set your mind to it you can accomplish it. It only takes 60 days. All you have to do is wake up, check the insanity calendar, and begin your workout. If you follow through with insanity you with feel the results.
